Role Overview:
The Business Analyst – Agentic AI Program Lead will drive the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI initiatives, from strategy definition to solution deployment and performance optimization. This role blends strong business analysis capabilities with program leadership to manage multiple AI workstreams, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable business value through AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the overall Agentic AI program roadmap aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals.

• Manage multiple AI use cases from ideation through production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Define governance frameworks, operating models, and escalation mechanisms for AI initiatives.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact Agentic AI opportunities across business functions.

Business Analysis & Solution Definition

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, pain points, and AI-driven opportunities.

• Conduct process mapping and define functional requirements for AI agents, decision logic, and system integrations.

• Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to design scalable, compliant, and value-driven AI workflows.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Act as the primary interface between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Lead stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive-level updates.

• Drive change management initiatives, including adoption strategies, training plans, and communication programs.

Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement

• Define KPIs and success metrics such as automation rates, decision accuracy, SLA improvements, and ROI.

• Track post-deployment performance and identify optimization opportunities for AI agents.

• Ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and achievement of business impact targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or Digital Transformation roles.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-level AI, automation, or analytics programs.

• Strong understanding of LLM-powered AI, Agentic AI architectures, and orchestration tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Expertise in business requirements documentation including BRD, FRD, and User Stories.

• Experience in process re-engineering and workflow optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
