We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Developer Lead with

experience of AEM to join our dynamic team.

As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers and AEM

team in designing and implementing innovative and user-friendly web applications,

ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital experiences. The successful candidate will have

a strong technical background in AEM and FED, excellent leadership skills, and a passion

for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers and AEM , providing guidance and

support in their professional development. Provide technical expertise in Adobe

Experience Manager architecture and development.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and

continuous learning. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand

project requirements and goals. Develop project plans, set realistic timelines, and ensure

successful execution of front-end development projects. Lead the design and

development of responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and integration with other

systems. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in AEM development.

Lead and guide the front-end development team in implementing best practices, coding

standards, and modern web development technologies. Stay updated on industry trends

and drive innovation in front-end development.

Foster collaboration within the development team and cross-functional teams to ensure

seamless project execution. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.

Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to deliver

high-quality front-end solutions on time and within scope. Provide technical input during
