ServiceNow DevOps Engineer (3-5 yrs) Accountabilities ? Working across ServiceNow Platform and associated modules like : ITOM, ITAM. ? Implements new ServiceNow ITOM features and modules such as (but not limited to) Service Mapping,ACC-V, Event Management, and Discovery. ? Working on ServiceNow CMDB integrations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer ? Installing and troubleshooting Midservers and its associated components like ACC-V patches. ? Builds and develops ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping patterns to support business and IT. ? Design, build, test and document solution end to end ? Work in Agile projects as a Dev engineer to deliver solutions for enhancements to be delivered in a sprint. ? Administers operational support of ServiceNow ITOM to ensure it is run and maintained
