We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant General Manager – Digital Marketing to lead high-impact digital strategies across multiple channels. This is an individual contributor role, best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving digital-first growth in the edtech space.
Drive 360° digital marketing strategy: SEO, SEM, branding, content, automation, and performance marketing.
Plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Analyze digital performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design & Marketing teams.
Generate leads through strategic campaign planning and execution.
Continuously track industry trends to ensure campaign relevance and innovation.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRMs).
Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and brand management.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and engagement.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven record of successful campaigns.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications.
Experience in edtech, healthcare, or consumer tech industries.
PG Certificate from IIM or other Tier 1 institutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferably from a premier college (e.g., IIM, Tier 1 institutions).
Open to diverse industry domains with experience in high-growth environments.
