Job Description:
The role involves driving business growth through sales, business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership across various business verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, managing teams, and building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Roles may vary from individual contributor to senior leadership depending on designation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development activities to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Acquire new clients and manage existing client relationships across retail, corporate, enterprise, EB and Non-EB segments.
Identify market opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to increase market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales and business development teams (for managerial and leadership roles).
Ensure effective branch operations and performance management (for Branch Head roles).
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, insurers, corporates, and stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, placement, underwriting, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Education and Experience:
Graduate or Post Graduate qualification is mandatory.
Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Wealth Management, Insurance, Employee Benefits, or related domains.
Experience level to be aligned with the designation (mid-level to senior leadership).
Candidates with proven revenue generation, team handling, and leadership exposure will be preferred.
