Agent Recruitment
Develop multiple sources for agent hiring and build a strong agent pipeline.
Conduct activities to increase agent footfall and generate new referrals.
Organize career seminars for potential agents.
Follow agent hiring processes and company guidelines.
Agent Development
Ensure agents receive product and sales training as per Max Life Insurance standards.
Coach agents on effective prospecting, calling, and work habits.
Work with agents to plan and review their sales activities and goals.
Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers for agent development.
Meeting Business Targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Improve agent productivity and persistency through ongoing engagement and reviews.
Maintain the company’s required product mix ratio and adhere to business norms.
Ensure agents maintain activity levels as per business plans.
Customer Centricity
Act as a Max Life brand ambassador and promote customer trust.
Follow company sales practices to build strong customer relationships.
Conduct periodic customer meetings to understand needs and feedback.
Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer queries.
Achievement of business plan and GPA targets
Agent recruitment, development, and activation as per plan
Monthly active agent numbers
Persistency rates as per company standards
Number of EC/MDRT-qualified agents
Background in Sales (preferably BFSI or structured companies)
Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 6 months in the last job
Age: 24 to 35 years
Minimum education: Graduate (10+2+3)
Should have stayed in the same city for at least 1 year
Not more than 2 job changes in one year
C – City: Minimum 24 months of stay in the same city
L – Loyalty: Average tenure per company ≥ 12 months (Total months worked ÷ Number of companies)
E – Experience: Minimum 12 months of field sales experience in any industry
A – Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduate (10+2+3)
N – Non-negotiable:
No active agency license
Valid PAN, Aadhaar, PF enrolment
Relieving letters and payslips available
Must have drawn incentives of at least ₹25,000 in the last 12 months (with proof)
CTC: Up to ₹3.8 LPA + Incentives
