✅ Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle voice process: Outbound calls to customers & attend inbound calls.

• Understand and determine customer requirements.

• Resolve queries by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and escalating unresolved cases.

• Fulfill requests by providing correct information & completing transactions.

• Work Schedule: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week Off

• Shift Timing: Day Rotational Shifts (8 AM – 8 PM)
