Handle voice process: Outbound calls to customers & attend inbound calls.
Understand and determine customer requirements.
Resolve queries by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and escalating unresolved cases.
Fulfill requests by providing correct information & completing transactions.
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week Off
Shift Timing: Day Rotational Shifts (8 AM – 8 PM)
