Job Description:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent guest experience and hygiene standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a genuine smile and proper eye contact
• Serve every product with a smile and hospitality comment
• Thank each guest for their visit
• Understand the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans and coffee machines
• Knowledge of all coffee brands used in the café
• Prepare hot and cold beverages as per defined recipes and serving standards
• Knowledge of food items including descriptions, basic ingredients, and serving standards
• Follow the six food safety rules during daily operations
• Maintain cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Handle basic product-related guest complaints as per the LAST process
