Salary:

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

• Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Max) + Incentives

No. of Positions: 1 (Immediate requirement)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only

• Must own a 2-wheeler

• Only Bangalore local candidates preferred

• Outstation candidates are strictly not allowed

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating leads through field sales and references

• Conducting site visits and client meetings

• Building strong customer relationships

• Negotiating and closing deals

• Achieving sales targets and revenue goals

• Coordinating with pre-sales and marketing teams

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good communication and presentation abilities

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
