We are hiring dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to drive revenue growth through a hybrid sales model involving both remote and field sales activities. The role focuses on visiting medical colleges, engaging with students and doctors, promoting DocTutorials’ offerings, and converting leads into enrollments.
Visit medical colleges within a 150–200 km radius to promote DocTutorials courses.
Pitch products to medical students and doctors to drive app downloads and lead generation.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and on-site closures.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through strong follow-ups and negotiation skills.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and institutional stakeholders.
Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand the professional network.
Complete a minimum of 15 college visits per month to be eligible for travel allowance.
Achieve assigned sales targets as an individual contributor.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Sales / Field Sales
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Domain: Sales (Non-Technical Role)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
Proven experience in field sales or inside sales
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to manage time effectively between inside and field sales activities
Strong follow-up and closure skills
Basic understanding of EdTech products (preferred)
Experience in EdTech, FinTech EdTech, SaaS-based companies
Exposure to medical education or courses like NEET PG, NEET SS, FMGE is a plus
Candidates from reputed institutes (e.g., Manipal) or fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may be considered
Target companies include BYJU’S, UpGrad, and other EdTech / training organizations
Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA
Variable Pay: As per performance
Travel Allowance: ₹8,000 per month (on completing 15 college visits)
Training: 2–3 weeks of structured training provided
Support: Senior managers available at every location
Work Mode: Remote + Field Job
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
