Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance, ServiceNow, and Asset Registry systems
Mandatory: Candidate must be currently working in the P&C Insurance domain
Strong experience in P&C insurance processes and workflows
Candidates from Healthcare domain will NOT be considered
Excellent documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support cross-functional business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow, Asset Registry systems, and the P&C Insurance domain. The role involves translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements, while collaborating closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery across the project lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements
Support the complete project lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Participate in validation, UAT, and solution testing
Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards
