Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Development Executives (Field Sales) who will be responsible for revenue growth by engaging with medical students and professionals in assigned territories. The role involves daily field sales, lead generation, app downloads, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit medical colleges (UG & PG) daily to pitch products to students and doctors.
Achieve targets: app downloads, sign-ups, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Conduct presentations, demos, and close deals during field visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences for networking and lead generation.
Balance inside sales tasks (follow-ups, reporting) with field activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferably EdTech).
6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and perform consistent follow-ups.
Willingness to travel within a 150–200 km radius.
Knowledge of EdTech/medical education preferred.
Language proficiency: English and Hindi.
Compensation and Benefits:
CTC: 3.6 – 4.2 LPA (fixed) + travel allowance (₹8,000 per month on meeting visit targets).
Incentives and performance-based rewards.
2–3 weeks of training with senior manager support.
