Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in selecting the most suitable course based on their needs and career goals.

  • Generate sales through warm calling and regular follow-ups with prospective students.

  • Explain course details clearly and recommend relevant programs.

  • Close sales and achieve assigned targets.

  • Coordinate with students, faculty, and parents when required.

  • Ensure a positive and smooth student experience throughout the enrollment process.

  • Maintain and update sales records and documentation.

  • Handle fee-related coordination and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to client requirements.

  • Good listening skills and interpersonal abilities.

  • High energy, motivation, and reliability.

Offered Salary

₹ 3 - 5.5 LPA variable: 30% hike
