ROLE SUMMARY
This role involves handling sales
for two main services:
1)
LED Frame Advertising
2) TVC
/ Film / Corporate Video Production
The BDM must generate leads, pitch both services, and close
deals independently with complete ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acquire
clients for LED frame advertising campaigns.
• Bring
clients for TVCs, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital
content.
• End to end sales: Lead generation → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure.
• Prepare
proposals, quotations, and coordinate client communication.
• Maintain
daily sales reporting and weekly performance updates.
• Build
long term client
relationships through consistent follow ups.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
(Mandatory)
• 3–10
years hardcore B2B/B2C sales experience.
• Experience
in Advertising / Marketing / Media / Production sales preferred.
• Excellent
spoken & written English.
• Strong
negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
• Must
be self driven &
target oriented.
• Ability
to work remotely without supervision.
• Laptop
+ strong internet connection is mandatory.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS
• LED
Advertising: 6–8 confirmed closures per month.
• TVC/Video
Production: 2–3 confirmed closings per month.
• Combined
monthly revenue targets must be achieved.
• Continuous
non performance
will result in strict action including termination.
COMPENSATION
• Fixed
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 based on experience
