Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in Mumbai aligned with VTS’s offerings in Infrastructure, RPA, and ServiceNow.

  • Build and maintain strong networks with potential clients, distributors, partners, OEMs, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and client needs.

  • Support marketing with targeted campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate technology solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches showcasing VTS’s capabilities.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets and support business growth.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Any graduate with 5–10 years of proven experience in business development or technology sales within Mumbai.

  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure including:

    • Networking (Active & Passive)

    • Servers & Storage

    • CCTV systems

    • Network Security (Firewalls & Endpoints)

  • Ability to understand basic customer/site requirements even without technical team support.

  • Must have strong connects with distributors, OEMs, partners, and corporate IT customers.

  • Experience in a System Integrator / OEM / Distributor company (mid-level SI companies preferred).

  • Proven sales achievements (minimum ₹4–6 crore in previous roles).

  • Not looking for candidates focused on government projects.

  • Familiarity with Mumbai geography is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

  • Fluent in English and willing to travel as required.

  • Candidates with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) network/contacts preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum

  • Commission: 6.25%

  • Additional Benefits: PF, Health Insurance, ESI, Gratuity

  • Company-provided laptop

  • Reimbursement for client visits

  • Notice Period: Max 30 days

  • Work Mode: Work from Office

  • Address: 4th Floor, Mafatlal House, H. T. Parekh Marg, Backbay Reclamation, Churchgate, Mumbai – 400020

  • Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (May vary based on client visits)

  • Working Days: Saturday & Sunday
