Regions You Will Work For (Inside Sales):
• SEA: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• ME: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• India: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview:
The role involves managing the complete B2B Inside Sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. You will work closely with HR leaders and business decision-makers to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify companies actively hiring with recruitment challenges
• Reach out to HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs, Founders, and other decision-makers
• Understand client hiring needs and pitch suitable foundit solutions
• Schedule and deliver product demos
• Follow up, handle objections, and manage negotiations
• Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and manage sales funnels
• Track hiring trends, competitors, and market insights

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 1 to 7 years of B2B Inside Sales or Corporate Sales experience
• Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCom preferred
• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional email writing and presentation skills
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders (CHROs, CEOs, CFOs)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
