The Business Development Manager will drive SAP project sales, manage CXO-level relationships, expand business across Western regions (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat), and contribute to revenue growth through SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Rise with SAP, and related services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for SAP solutions across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat.
Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
Identify and qualify SAP sales opportunities including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP.
Drive solution selling for SAP AMS, implementation, upgrades, and cloud migration services.
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions.
Stay updated on SAP, RPA, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Infrastructure trends.
Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle target vs. achievement accountability as an individual contributor.
Generate new projects and maintain strong connects within the SAP Partner ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of proven experience in SAP sales and business development.
Experience working with SAP Silver/Gold Partners is mandatory.
Strong network and connections with SAP ecosystem stakeholders.
Proven achievement of annual sales targets (6 Cr+ preferred).
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Rise with SAP, SAP Fiori.
Experience in solution/service selling and licensing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
