To drive business growth through lead generation, client outreach, relationship management, and sales execution while supporting marketing initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.
Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain an updated database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Travel as required to meet clients and build long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
Share regular updates on leads, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns for lead generation and engagement.
Meet clients for testimonials and feedback to enhance service offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team on business development initiatives.
Stay updated on company products/services and competitor offerings.
Identify new business opportunities through research, inbound queries, and outbound efforts.
Provide insights to support sales strategy and positioning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships (phone and in-person).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results oriented.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication is a must.
