JOB DESCRIPTION: C.IO Developer

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Customer.IO.

• Candidate must currently be working on Customer.IO or should have at least 6 months of recent relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and manage automated workflows and campaigns in Customer.IO.

• Build and optimize email, SMS, and push notification journeys based on customer behavior and segmentation.

• Integrate Customer.IO with internal systems and third-party tools as required.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve engagement metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement personalized communication strategies.

• Ensure timely execution and troubleshooting of Customer.IO automation flows.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Customer.IO campaign setup, event triggers, segmentation, and workflow automation.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template updates.

• Ability to analyze customer data and optimize communication flows.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
