Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer.io Developer with hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing automated communication workflows. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer.io and should currently be working on the platform (or have at least 6 months of recent, relevant experience).
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer.io.
Must be currently working on Customer.io or have at least 6 months of recent hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, email campaigns, and event-based triggers.
Ability to manage customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
