Salary Budget: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Shift Timings:
• 8-hour fixed shift
• Shift start between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Outlet operational till 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Understands and follows the 4 steps of guest service
• Knowledge of brewing a perfect espresso and espresso standards
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans and coffee machines
• Complete knowledge of recipes, descriptions, and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages
• Knowledge of food items including descriptions, basic ingredients, and serving standards
• Follows six food safety rules and demonstrates them during operations
• Ensures cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Handles basic product-related guest complaints as per the LAST process
• Follows standard order-taking procedures and has complete knowledge of POS handling
• Manages stock reconciliation by matching physical stock with store sales and inward supplies
• Understands consumption tracking and indenting process
• Identifies reasons for stock variances and performs basic troubleshooting
• Follows equipment handling guidelines and maintenance procedures
• Ensures basic cleaning and maintenance of all equipment
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ensures consistency in product quality and guest service standards
• Acts as a Buddy Trainer and supports team development and performance
