4–6+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x).
Proficiency in Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio.
Experience with Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, profile management, and GPO configurations.
Strong understanding of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency.
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
Citrix Support – 2–3 years (mandatory).
Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure.
Administer and support Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Cloud services.
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades across the Citrix environment.
Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity or availability issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix-related issues, including profile management, connectivity, and session performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and end-user teams to deliver optimal virtual workspace solutions.
Provide consultation for new order processing and requirement gathering from customers.
