Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation & Configuration Consultant to lead end-to-end Coupa projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Coupa modules, ERP integrations, and P2P/S2P processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complete Coupa implementation and configuration projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment

  • Manage Coupa integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud preferred; experience with any ERP acceptable)

  • Configure Coupa modules such as Procurement, Expenses, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and others

  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into effective Coupa solutions

  • Recommend process improvements and best practices for system efficiency

  • Conduct user training and create documentation

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and support upgrades or enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Coupa Certification

  • Strong hands-on experience in Coupa implementation and configuration

  • Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and expense management systems

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage stakeholders in fast-paced environments
