Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation & Configuration Consultant to lead end-to-end Coupa projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Coupa modules, ERP integrations, and P2P/S2P processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete Coupa implementation and configuration projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
Manage Coupa integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud preferred; experience with any ERP acceptable)
Configure Coupa modules such as Procurement, Expenses, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and others
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into effective Coupa solutions
Recommend process improvements and best practices for system efficiency
Conduct user training and create documentation
Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and support upgrades or enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Coupa Certification
Strong hands-on experience in Coupa implementation and configuration
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
Strong knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and expense management systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholders in fast-paced environments
