Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Experience: 0 – 2+ Years

  • Languages: Good communication in English & Hindi


Work Details

  • Working Days: 5 days a week

  • Week Off: 2 rotational offs per week

  • Shift Timing (Work from Office): 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed shift for RIO)

  • Transport: Not provided

  • Process: Voice only


Salary & Incentives

  • Fresher CTC: 2.10 LPA (Net in-hand approx. ₹12.8K/month)

  • Experienced CTC: Up to 2.79 LPA (Net in-hand approx. ₹18.5K/month)

  • E-Channel (Tele-Sales): Unlimited incentives


Key Skills & Knowledge Areas

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

  • Basic understanding of call centre/customer service environment

  • Ability to explain why interested in joining Lombard/Call Centre

  • Knowledge of customer service & qualities required for a customer care executive

  • Sales skills & ability to handle mock calls

  • Clear thought process and motivation for sales/customer handling
