Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Provide information on insurance/products & services

Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently

Process applications/claims and maintain call records

Follow company policies and ensure professional communication

Language Requirements:

English + any regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Oriya, Assamese, Gujarati)

Eligibility:

Graduation mandatory
