• Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: Average ₹8,000 additional; Top performers earn up to ₹20,000 monthly

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and proactive Customer Success Associate (Male) fluent in Hindi, to support customer interactions in a highly sensitive healthcare segment. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong customer service mindset to assist customers with guidance, information, and coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and order coordination with doctors.

• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and healthcare services.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively with professionalism.

• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive support experience.

• Maintain accurate records and update client details in Zoho CRM.

• Maintain confidentiality and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Work from office — Lalbagh, Bengaluru

• Must be fluent in Hindi

• Male candidates only

• Graduation preferred

• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy

• Strong commitment to privacy and confidentiality
