About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Success Associates to join our insurance division. You will interact with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance products. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with interested customers and recommend the right insurance plans (Health, Motor, or Life).

• Handle outbound calls and provide accurate product information.

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Clear pronunciation with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).

• Strong listening, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Good sales acumen; prior experience in insurance or customer success is a plus.

• Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new tools.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Compensation:

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

• Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

Work Schedule:

• Shift: Rotational

  • Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

  • Males: Rotational shifts

• Working Days: 6 days a week
