Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Undergraduates / Graduates

• Languages Required: English & Hindi

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi

• Skill Set: V4

• Experience Level: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Assist customers with queries, requests, and issue resolution

• Identify customer requirements and provide accurate solutions

• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing resolutions

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required

• Complete customer requests and transactions efficiently

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs

• Banking customer support experience will be an added advantage
