Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based banking clients
Assist customers with banking queries, complaints, and transaction-related concerns
Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance
Document call information accurately in internal systems
Meet performance targets set by the process
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process)
Candidates with 2+ years of BPO voice experience are eligible for a higher salary bracket
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Open to night shifts and flexible with work hours
₹40,000 CTC (for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience)
₹45,000 CTC (for candidates with more than 2 years of voice process experience)
Work from Office (Noida Location)
No transportation/cab facility
Immediate joiners preferred
