Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with GITOps principles and tools (e.g., Argo CD).

• Proven experience with CI/CD implementation and management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Expertise in Azure DevOps for pipeline and repository management.

• Proficiency in Pulumi or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Experience with monitoring tools, especially Datadog.

• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices and secure deployment pipelines.

• Strong background in Linux systems administration.

• Good knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing).

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or DevOps tools.

• Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments.

• Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using Argo CD.

• Manage and deploy infrastructure using Pulumi and Terraform.

• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Datadog and other observability tools.

• Drive cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration on Microsoft Azure.

• Ensure security best practices across DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Manage system configurations and troubleshoot issues on Linux servers.

• Maintain and optimize networking for cloud-native environments.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth deployments and system stability.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools & technologies to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Deliverables

1. CI/CD Automation & Cloud Infrastructure

   • Deliver scalable infrastructure using Pulumi or Terraform.

   • Set up and manage GitOps workflows with Argo CD.

   • Deploy, manage, and optimize resources in Microsoft Azure.

   • Build Docker containers and manage deployments using Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

   • Set up dashboards, alerts, and logs using Datadog.

   • Integrate cloud and pipeline security best practices.

   • Manage Linux systems and cloud networking configurations.

   • Maintain clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
