About the Role

The Analyst / Senior Analyst – Enterprise SaaS will support the successful execution of IT projects within the Indian Power Sector. The role involves maintaining and enhancing existing web applications, managing complex data systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in executing IT projects and achieving go-live timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain and enhance existing full-stack web applications built using Django with MySQL/MongoDB.

• Manage IT systems, custom database tables, and dynamic forms with advanced validation rules to ensure data integrity.

• Monitor applications, identify bugs, and implement effective resolutions proactively.

• Interact with clients to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and convert change requests into development tasks.

• Analyze client needs and integrate new features or enhancements while maintaining system stability.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards as per client requirements.

• Apply data analytics techniques to optimize IT processes and support informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with IT domain experts and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

• Take ownership of existing Django applications and drive continuous improvements and long-term maintainability.

• Design and implement new modules, integrations, and upgrades to enhance usability and performance.

• Document code changes, validation logic, IT processes, and reporting structures.

• Track milestones and communicate progress and updates to project leadership.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, React.js

• Backend: Python, Django Framework, Django REST Framework (DRF)

• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB

• Data Management & Reporting: Dynamic forms, validation rules, custom reports and dashboards

• Version Control & Deployment: Git, GitHub

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of secure and scalable web development practices.

Education & Experience

• BCA / MCA / B.Tech (CS/IT) / BE (CS/IT).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems, dashboard management, and data analytics.

• Experience working on enterprise-level SaaS or large-scale IT projects is preferred.
