Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintain milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual milling operations, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a strong focus on precision, accuracy, and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate DRO milling machines to produce parts as per technical drawings.

• Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the milling machine.

• Monitor machining operations and ensure precision and quality of output.

• Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

• Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and feeds/speeds as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Report any machine issues, tool wear, or deviations from specifications to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings.

• Basic understanding of tooling, machining processes, and cutting parameters.

• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and maintaining quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred).
