Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financial modules, with deep knowledge in PPM, GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials with a strong focus on PPM modules.

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.

• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly Project Financial Management (PPM), including:

  • Project Costing

  • Project Billing

  • Project Contracts

  • Project Management

• Perform data migration, integration testing, and deployment.

• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement.

• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.

• Participate in UAT sessions and handle client training.

• Work with offshore teams for development and testing coordination.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation/support

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials

• Deep expertise in PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts)

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets

• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design

• Familiar with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI) and integration methods

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Capable of working independently and leading functional teams

Good to Have:

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

• Experience working with multinational clients

• Knowledge of OTBI/BIP reporting tools
