Job Title: Fashion Counsellor

Role Overview

The Fashion Counsellor will be responsible for engaging, advising, and guiding students on Fashion programs offered by Orane FDM. This role focuses on driving admissions through effective counselling, relationship building, and sales conversion activities while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students (individually and in groups) on available Fashion programs and career pathways.

• Conduct counselling through tele-calling, walk-ins, presentations, and video sessions.

• Guide students on curriculum choices, course selection, and program structure.

• Explain admission procedures, program details, eligibility, and fee structures to students and parents.

• Support students throughout the admission process, ensuring documentation and follow-ups are completed.

• Convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining monthly targets and performance metrics.

• Review student applications to verify eligibility and academic qualifications.

• Plan and execute sales and promotional activities to achieve admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records, databases, and counselling reports.

• Ensure proper handling of leads, walk-ins, and admission formalities.

• Contribute to revenue-generation strategies and execution.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (any discipline).

• Experience in education counselling or Fashion industry preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and local language.

• Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented with a pleasant personality.

• Good interpersonal abilities and analytical mindset.

• Comfortable working in a sales and admission-focused environment.
