Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and creative Fashion Faculty professionals who can integrate theory with practical exposure, mentor students, enhance their creative abilities, and prepare them for successful careers in the fashion industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging theoretical & practical classes in fashion design, textiles, pattern making, CAD and garment construction

• Develop lesson plans, projects, and course material as per curriculum standards

• Mentor students on portfolio building, design concepts and industry trends

• Supervise studio/lab sessions and monitor proper usage of tools & materials

• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records

• Organize fashion shows, workshops, exhibitions and industry interaction sessions

• Stay updated with new trends, software tools and teaching methodologies

• Collaborate with academic teams on curriculum development and initiatives

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Fashion Design or related field

• 1–5 years of teaching and/or industry experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CAD tools

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Passion for teaching, creativity and student mentoring

Preferred Skills

• Fashion illustration & portfolio development

• Garment construction, tailoring & pattern making

• Draping & styling techniques

• Trend forecasting & merchandising

• Ability to inspire and motivate students
