As a Founding Member – Product Growth, you will be a self-starter driving lead generation, outbound campaigns, and marketing automation to fuel growth. You will handle end-to-end demand generation from top-of-funnel outreach to nurturing and qualifying high-quality B2B industrial leads.
Drive top-of-funnel growth via LinkedIn, SEO, partnerships, and innovative campaigns.
Optimize mid-funnel assets including landing pages, forms, and automations for higher conversion rates.
Lead outbound efforts through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls to qualify leads.
Support sales with contextual assets and insights for closing deals.
Manage marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing sequences.
Apply an analytical approach to B2B & B2C growth funnels (top, mid, bottom funnel).
Experience: 1–3 years in pre-sales, growth, or marketing (B2B/Industrial preferred).
Education: Graduate (Marketing, Engineering, or Business background preferred, but no rigid filters).
Skills & Traits:
Excellent communication (★★★★★) and strong written copywriting ability.
Hands-on with outbound campaign management (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp).
Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and lead nurturing tools.
Analytical and strategic mindset with hunger to grow and eagerness to learn.
Exposure to business funnels and B2B growth strategies.
Tools familiarity: AI tools, Canva/Figma, spreadsheets, scraping tools.
Smart, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience in pre-sales, marketing automation, or growth in a B2B environment.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ownership mindset.
