We are hiring Fraud Operations Executives with experience in inbound voice processes for a global banking client. The role involves identifying, monitoring, and preventing fraudulent activities while interacting with customers over inbound calls.

This is a Face-to-Face (F2F) Drive requirement, and selected candidates must be willing to work early morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls related to fraud alerts and customer verifications

• Perform fraud risk assessment and fraud detection activities

• Monitor transactions and identify suspicious or fraudulent activities

• Investigate fraud cases and take appropriate preventive actions

• Ensure compliance with banking and fraud prevention policies

• Provide accurate resolution while maintaining high-quality customer interaction

• Document findings and maintain proper records of fraud investigations

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Fraud Operations / Banking Fraud domain

• Experience must be from a global banking environment

• Inbound voice experience is mandatory

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willingness to attend English Proficiency Test (40% cutoff mandatory)

• Must be willing to attend F2F interview in Bangalore

Shift & Work Details

• Shift Timings: Between 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM start time

• Working Days: Weekdays only (Rotational shifts)

• Shift Allowance: ₹650 per day

• Cab Facility: Provided

Compensation

• Maximum CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA (Offered compensation cannot exceed this limit)

Interview Process

1. English Proficiency Test (40% cutoff mandatory)

2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Face-to-Face Drive in Bangalore

Drive Details

• Drive Date: Saturday, 7th February

• Requirement: Minimum 30 shortlisted candidates for the drive
