About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, state management tools, and responsive UI design. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing web applications, while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).

• Implement and manage state management (Redux, MobX, Vuex, or equivalent).

• Create responsive and accessible UIs using frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.

• Integrate and optimize GraphQL APIs for scalable data-driven applications.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

• Perform performance optimization using tools such as Lighthouse, Webpack, Rollup.

• Write and maintain unit/integration tests using Jest, Mocha, Cypress.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring pixel-perfect UI implementation.

• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, TypeScript.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).

• Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, Vuex, or similar state management tools.

• Familiarity with GraphQL API integration.

• Strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Good knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and team collaboration.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead team members.
