About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS (Front-end) and PHP (Back-end) to join our remote engineering team. This role will focus approximately 60% on front-end and 40% on back-end development, contributing to the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and robust server-side logic using PHP (Laravel or Core PHP).

• Integrate and manage cloud-based deployments on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver top-quality software solutions.

• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security across all layers.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred).

• Proven experience with AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, etc.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, including night shifts when required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Node.js, or TypeScript.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, or Notion.

Must Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Immediate availability to join.

• 3+ years of professional experience with PHP.

• 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS.
