Role Overview:
The Fullstack Engineer will work on building scalable, high-performance retail technology systems using PHP frameworks and modern JavaScript. The role involves coding, architecture discussions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the stability and performance of core products.

Education Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and enhance product stability.

• Build and optimize high-performance PHP applications capable of handling millions of API requests daily.

• Ensure product scalability, security, and maintainability across systems.

• Lead code reviews, testing processes, and DevOps initiatives.

• Mentor junior engineers and support overall team productivity and delivery excellence.

Required Skills (Must-Have):

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in PHP frameworks (Laravel / CakePHP / Yii / Phalcon) – minimum 5 years

• Modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue) – minimum 1 year on frontend

• MySQL & RESTful API development

• CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills (4/5)

• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional product teams

Specialist Skills:

• High proficiency in PHP (4/5)

• Strong expertise in web performance, scalability, and clean architecture

Industry Exposure:

• Candidates with retail tech exposure will be preferred

• Local candidates (Gurgaon/Delhi NCR) are ideal
