Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, high-performance, and scalable front-end interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.

• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to modern development practices.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development.

• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.

• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.

• Expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.

• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the EdTech domain or building large-scale, user-facing platforms.

• Familiarity with back-end technologies and full-stack development.

• Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
