Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 (Enterprise Asset Management) to join our team. This is a replacement role, requiring a consultant who can quickly adapt, take ownership of ongoing projects, and ensure seamless continuity in EAM-related implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation of Dynamics 365 EAM modules including Asset Lifecycle Management, Maintenance Planning, and Work Order Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 EAM functionalities to align with business needs.

Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions following industry best practices.

Deliver end-user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to EAM modules.

Maintain system integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (EAM).

Strong knowledge of Asset Management processes (Asset Lifecycle, Maintenance, Work Orders).

Hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Operations will be an added advantage.

Excellent skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage projects with minimal supervision.
