Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions, with proven hands-on experience in agentic RAG systems, enterprise integrations, and hyperscaler or open-source AI stacks. This role requires strong solution design skills, problem-solving ability, and continuous learning to stay ahead of emerging AI trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Generative AI applications with a focus on agentic RAG and complex enterprise integrations.

• Implement enterprise-scale RAG architectures, including multi-threading, vector database optimization, and seamless integration with LLMs.

• Build and deploy AI solutions leveraging hyperscaler platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure, GCP, OpenSearch, OpenAI Foundry, Cosmos DB) or equivalent open-source stacks on cloud.

• Integrate AI agents with business systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for scalable enterprise applications.

• Stay updated with emerging AI trends – Agentic RAG, predictive modeling, ANN – and apply them to solve real-world business challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, optimize performance, and ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software development experience with a strong background in AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

• Proven experience delivering at least 2 enterprise-scale projects involving agentic RAG and enterprise integrations.

• Expertise in complex RAG design, vector databases, LLM integration, and enterprise-scale architecture.

• Hands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or open-source AI frameworks deployed on cloud.

• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and artificial neural networks (ANNs) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and solution design skills.
