Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced GIS Developer with strong expertise in Postgres GIS development and open-source geospatial technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building GIS platforms, working with spatial databases, and developing end-to-end GIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance GIS platforms using open-source technologies such as Geoserver, Postgres, OpenLayers, QGIS, etc.

• Work with geographic databases and handle both front-end and back-end GIS development.

• Apply strong knowledge of GIS concepts, PostGIS, GEO Maps APIs, and geospatial data structures.

• Utilize Python for GIS-related automation, scripting, and application development (minimum 1 year of hands-on experience).

• Contribute GIS expertise and technical insights throughout the development lifecycle.

Good to Have:

• GIS specialization or related coursework as part of academic studies.

Additional Information:

• Requirement is on priority for Contract Workforce (CW) profiles.
