Job Description:
Looking for an experienced HCM Cloud Absence Management Consultant to lead module implementations and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of Oracle Absence Management module.

• Configure absence plans, accruals, and policies.

• Collaborate with HR teams to resolve business challenges.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Absence Management module.

• Hands-on experience in configuration and support.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
