Job Description:
Seeking an HCM Cloud Benefits Consultant to implement and maintain employee benefits management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Oracle HCM Benefits module.

• Design and implement benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.

• Support business teams and resolve module-related issues.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module.

• Proven experience in configuration and testing.

• Understanding of benefits compliance and reporting.
