Job Description:
We are seeking a Core HR Functional Consultant to manage employee lifecycle processes on Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Core HR module.

• Manage data migration, validation, and reporting.

• Resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities.

• Experience in implementation and post-go-live support.

• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
