Job Description:
We are looking for a Time and Labour Consultant to manage the Oracle HCM Cloud module for attendance and workforce tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Time and Labour module.

• Configure time entry, shifts, and overtime rules.

• Integrate T&L module with payroll for accurate processing.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labour module.

• Knowledge of workforce scheduling and reporting.

• Strong functional and analytical skills.
