Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated HR Sourcing Executive / HR Executive to join our recruitment team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying high-quality talent specifically for Voice, Non-Voice, and Sales hiring in the BPO sector. This role demands strong sourcing skills, multitasking ability, and proven experience in bulk hiring for BPO functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Voice, Non-Voice, and Sales roles through:

  • Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)

  • Employee referrals & internal databases

• Apply Boolean search techniques and smart filters to optimize sourcing results.

• Maintain and update daily sourcing reports, trackers, and dashboards.

• Ensure smooth coordination and handover of profiles to the screening/recruitment team.

• Deliver high daily volume of relevant candidate profiles as per hiring targets.

• Understand job requirements and client specifications accurately to source relevant profiles.

• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in BPO/Sales recruitment or bulk hiring

• Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills

• Familiarity with job portals, Boolean search & social hiring techniques

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines

• Comfortable working in an evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM)

Education

• Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
