Position Overview

AJ India Alliances is seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary HR Professional to lead its Human Resources function. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The candidate will be responsible for aligning HR processes with organizational goals, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & HR Planning

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational vision and business objectives.

  • Lead people-centric initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

  • Work closely with leadership to structure HR operations effectively across business units.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.

  • Build leadership development, training, and competency-mapping frameworks.

  • Strengthen internal talent pipelines to support organizational growth.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

  • Handle complex employee relations cases with confidentiality and fairness.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Design competitive compensation structures and incentive programs to retain top talent.

  • Ensure complete compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to ensure best practices and minimize compliance risks.
